By all accounts I am all for clean energy but there are more questions made than answered by this article. You should make an article that gives us enough information to lobby for change and this doesn’t explain it well enough. Are they just charging 2x the amount or are they charging a second fee for going outside existing boundaries? Like is the second fee for transmission into a second region according to them? I want to protest and lobby for this but need more information.
